Visitor Scientist
Currently the selected position is not available.
Visitor scientist will be able to conduct research on collaborative project.
No special requirement is necessary, however the synopsis of the project suggested is desired.

Senior Scientist
Currently the selected position is NOT planned to be available.
Senior scientists will be required to conduct independent research, to supervise Ph.D., M.Sc. and B.Sc. students involved in the her/his project, to be expertise in at least one research methodology/technique. The research project can be chosen either from teh laboratory project pools or by the initiative of the scientist, after agreement by the Principal Investigator, Dr. I. Michaelevski.

In case of approval of the application, the applicant will be invited for interviewing at the head of the lab and with other senior lab personnel.
Post-Doctoral Fellow
Open minded, highly motivated young researchers are welcome to conduct post-doctoral research, when projects are available.
Post-Doctoral fellow will be required to conduct independent research. Post-doctoral fellow may be allowed to initiate his own project if it is within the framework of the laboratory research interest. In case of successful accomplishment of the project, the post-doctoral fellow will be allowed to use it as his starting project as an independent investigator.
Additional specific requirements:
1. high expertise level in at least in one of methodology necessary to conduct research in our laboratory.
2. Neuroscience training
3. one publication relevant to the research field or several publications in close fields
Application procedures:
Application should be sent to the head of the lab, preferably via Position Application Form. The following items should be included:

2. Reference letters (three letters, one of them should be from Ph.D. mentor)
3. Letter of intent

5. Curriculum Vitae
In case of approval of the application, the applicant will be invited for interviewing at the head of the lab and with other senior lab personnel.
Ph.D. student
Excellent and highly motivated students, who made up their mind to link their future to research are welcome to conduct Ph.D. research on the available projects.
Ph.D. research is the jumpstart towards future capability to conduct independent research.
Requirements:
1. Good exerience in one of methodologies or general practical acquaintance with methodologies necessary for Ph.D. research
2. Neuroscience training
3. Readiness to work with lab animals (besides theoretical research positions, while available)
4. Advanced skills in mathematics and/or computational science (for theoretical research positions, while avaiable)
5. the applicant's achievements should meet requirement of the departmental Ph.D. student selection committee
Publication in peer-reviewed journal is very welcomed, but not necessary.

3. List of publications (if available, including in preparation or submitted)
4. List of advanced courses taken during M.Sc. training

M.Sc. student
Highly motivated and excellent students full of curiosity to obtain the first scientific experience are welcome to conduct M.Sc. research and training.
Requirements:
1. Neuroscience training
2. Readiness to work with lab animals (besides theoretical research positions, while available)
3. the applicant's achievements should meet requirement of the departmental or Sagol School of Neuroscience M.Sc. student selection committee (depending on M.Sc. track chosen)
Previous experience in laboratory practice, successful projects are very welcomed but not mandatory.

Reference letter is welcomed, but not mandator
Undergraduate Student (B.Sc. internship)
No special requirements are currently stated, besides description of interest for application to our laboratory. Acceptance will rely on the success in the interview with the head of the lab and other lab personnel while the position is available.

Technician
Currently NO technician position is available.

1. At least one reference from the previous work or internship
2. A list of laboratory skills
